In order to provide catering services at any UA facility, grounds, or any UA sponsored off-campus event, caterers must be approved through Risk Management’s Outside Vendor Catering Program. The purpose of this program is to pre-qualify caterers in order to help ensure the health and safety of University students, faculty, staff, and visitors. Please be mindful of this program as you consider any events that will require catering services.
